It’s an intensive, indoor/outdoor training program designed for individuals of all fitness levels that runs 3 times weekly for 4 weeks. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and we cover all fitness components such as strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility. No two workouts will ever be the same! Our goal is to provide a variety of different exercises that continue to confuse the muscle so that your body has to work hard to keep up. We believe the more variety you put into your workout, the better and faster results will be. This also prevents the boredom that many people experience after committing to a long-term fitness regimen. |
