What should I expect the 1st day?

On the 1st day of boot camp, we will complete a pre-assessment which includes:

     •  Timed push-up and sit-up test
     •  Mile run/walk
     •  Girth Measurements
     •  Body Weight
     •  Body Fat Analysis

* Remember, it doesn’t matter what the numbers show, it’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. After the pre-assessment, we will then go through a short boot camp workout.

What does an average day look like?

We start every workout with a light jog followed by our dynamic warm-up to prepare your system for the upcoming session. Once everyone is warmed up, we complete the day’s workout(s). No workout is repeated in your 4 weeks of training. We use bodyweight circuits, exercise bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, hills – nothing is ever routine about the workouts.
